I'm Olanrewaju AbdulHamid. I plan, write, design and build email and SMS in Klaviyo: lifecycle flows, campaigns, segmentation and testing. Three years across three ecommerce agencies, open to full-time and contract roles.
Over three years, I supported three ecommerce agencies with email strategy, copywriting, design and Klaviyo implementation.
Planned and built automated lifecycle flows.
Developed email campaigns, from strategy and copy through design and Klaviyo builds.
Managed audience segmentation to support relevant targeting.
Analysed customer cohorts to inform lifecycle strategy and campaign planning.
Agency and client names, original assets and performance data are withheld to respect confidentiality. The concept projects in this portfolio show my approach using fictional brands.
In-house, I run the channel. Quarterly plan and send calendar, flow and journey map, weekly reporting on revenue per recipient and list health, and the call on when to discount and when not to.
In an agency, I work in the team. Several accounts at once, each in its own brand voice, briefs turned around on deadline, QA before every send, and clean handoffs to designers, devs and account leads.

About
I'm Olanrewaju AbdulHamid, working as The full-stack email guy. For three years I supported three ecommerce agencies with email strategy, copy, design and Klaviyo builds. Before that, I sold digital products to 1,277 people with funnels and direct-response email. I'm Klaviyo Practitioner and Strategist certified, and pharmacy-trained, so supplements and wellness are the categories I know best.

The claims check
Sells the product. Not a cure.
I'm pharmacy-trained. Before any supplement or wellness email goes out, I flag claims that sound like a treatment promise, and suggest wording that sells without the risk.
It's a sense-check for your compliance review, not legal advice.

1"A fair chance to work." Sets expectations without promising a result. Keep.
2"Supports immune function*" A structure-and-function claim. The asterisk needs its matching disclaimer in the footer.
3"Start to feel… less bloated." Implies a symptom outcome on a timeline. Try: "Most people find the routine gets easier by week one."

Services
Everything your email channel needs. One person.
Most brands hire a strategist, a copywriter, a designer and a Klaviyo tech, then spend their week stitching it together. I do all four, so nothing gets lost between the brief and the send.

For brands. I plan, build and run your email and SMS directly.
For agencies. White-label from start to finish. I never contact your client unless you ask me to.
Automated lifecycle flows
The engine. Flows that sell while you sleep.
Logic maps, conditional splits and long-term retention strategy. Open any flow to see the plan, every email with the thinking behind it, and the Klaviyo build.

Klaviyo automation
Built in Klaviyo, not just designed for it.
Pretty emails don't fix a broken flow. I set the triggers, filters, splits and timing so the right message reaches the right customer, then test it before it goes live.
